Hough Construction was formed in 2004 to provide a quality and professional building service to both the domestic and commercial sectors.

Since 2004 the business has grown from strength to strength with turnover rising each year. We believe this is down to the high quality of workmanship and customer service which we provide. This is proven by our high level of repeat business and work from satisfied customer recommendations.

We have a close working relationship with local architects, engineers and consultants. If you have not appointed an architect we can also arrange this, taking the project from concept through to completion. We would then obtain local authority approvals whilst optimising the design with your specification to achieve your ideal solution.

We use the same team of highly skilled tradesmen on every job, this includes our own directly employed construction team incorporating ground workers, joiners, bricklayers and labourers. We also encourage the use of local subcontractors. Our electrical and plumbing contractors are both registered with the relevant trade governing bodies and certificates are supplied for you to keep.

We have a strong corporate image and believe that this represents our professionalism. This is represented in our site set up, vehicles, signage, work wear, hoardings, accommodation and PPE.

Our attention to health, safety and environmental matters will have a high priority at all times and will not be compromised. We are fully aware of our responsibilities regarding health and safety legislation.

We have current certificates and up to date training in the main areas required. These systems and procedures grow with the business.
