Full design and build package for the construction of a first floor extension on stilts to form 2 bedrooms and 1 ensuite bathroom.

This build was met with a challenge from day one as the house is part of a block of four properties, so access is required 24-7 to the neighbouring properties. This gave us the idea to build on stilts. This gave our client the extra space that they wanted whilst still allowing neighbours access to their property.

A great deal of care was taken to match new bricks with old and roof tiles were taken from the rear of the property and re-positioned on the front of the new extension. This ensures that the new extension looks like it has always been there.
