Works on this Grade 2 Listed Building included:

• Re-slating of main house
• Re-pointing of external brick elevations in hydraulic lime mortar
• Conversion of outbuildings into kitchen/utility and sun room with a garden terrace
• Refurbishment of main bathroom to include wet room incorporating marble tiles, under floor heating and the installation of a period bathroom suite

We sympathetically mixed new materials with traditional materials. A large amount of reclaimed materials were sourced from many different reclamation yards throughout the area to enable us to match up seamlessly with the existing structure. These ranged from handmade bricks, traditional quarry tiles to York Stone flags.

Where reclaimed materials could not be used, we carefully selected new materials that would blend in sympathetically with the old.
