Middlewich

An extension was required for a 200 year old timber crooke framed property. We provided a full design and build package.

The client asked us to design an extension which would add more space to the house, whilst incorporating a spacious kitchen-diner and a first floor family bathroom. The extension also needed to blend in with the original building.

The main structure of the extension was created using concrete blocks which were then overlaid with a weatherproof render. We also carefully formed mock timber beams to the external facade.
